NOTE: We use this table as a guideline for our orders. Your order may be shipped earlier or later depending on the demand
Our decals are all made to order. During post office holidays, our orders will be backed up one business day that week.
OVERNIGHT ORDERSIf orders are placed in the morning (eastern time) we will make every attempt to get the order out yet that day (depending on the size of the order). If the order is too larger to ship the same day, it will be shipped the next. After the order is processed and shipped, the USPS guarantees delivery the next day by noon.
SHIPPING COSTSINSIDE THE US: We ship all of our wall decals inside the United States using the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail. Order as much as you want for only $5.95 for orders up to $50. After a $50 order, your shipping is free! We are not responsible for orders lost by the post office. However, every US order comes with a tracking number so packages are rarely lost. Your package comes with up to $50 insurance, so in the event of a damaged package, please TAKE PICTURES so that we may file a claim.
CANADA: Shipping is a flat rate of $10.95 and we ship first class through the United States Postal Service. Generally, orders take a week to 10 days to arrive after shipment, however it may take longer if held up in customs. Your package does not include insurance. If you wish to insure or expedite your package please contact us. Our packages are marked "merchandise" so any taxes that may be collected customs would be the responsibility of the customer and not our responsibility.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIESSweetums Signatures stands behind our work. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will do our best to make you happy. Every case is different, and we rarely ever have issues. If for some reason you are not happy, let us know and we will do our best to accomodate.
Special Note: Please check your shipping address carefully. We use a shipping manager that catches most glitches in addresses, however the manager accepts the address and the package is returned due a mistake written by the purchaser, we will have to re-ship at the buyers expense (another $5.95).
DAMAGESOrders inside the United States are insured by the United States Postal Service for up to $50. If your package arrives damaged, we need to make a claim on your behalf and will then resend you new decals. In order to make a claim, we must provide PICTURES to the Post Office so DO NOT throw away your packaging or damaged item or you will NOT be reimbursed with new merchandise.
