I just placed my order and wish to cancel or change it.
Please review your intentions and your order carefully before placing. All of our orders are made-to-order, but we expedite as SOON AS POSSIBLE. Some of our orders even go out the same day. If you place an order and need to change it or cancel, please let us know ASAP! We have no guarantee that we haven’t already processed your order, but will do our best to accommodate the situation.
Why haven’t I received my order?
We generally process orders for shipment within 2 business days of receiving. Extreme circumstances may constitute for delays, but anything more than 3 business days, the customer will be notified. Upon preparation for shipment, you will receive a delivery confirmation/ tracking info email from usps.com. In it will be a tracking number to follow your order via the postal service. We ship all US orders priority mail (outside the US is first class and can take much longer). Priority mail service is offered by the post office at a 2-3 business day delivery from the day of shipment. Please understand this is not a guarantee from the postal service and holidays and weekends will sometimes delay shipping. We are not responsible for postal service delays.
The post office delivered my order, but it’s not here!
At the request of most buyers, Sweetums DOES NOT require a customer signature for package delivery. Most of our orders will not fit in your mail box and must be delivered to your front door, left at the post office, or in a manager’s office in your complex. If you have a theft problem in your area, please notify your carrier of the issue and request that signatures be required for all package delivery. We will also request a signature at the buyer’s request. If your package is stolen upon delivery, Sweetums is not responsible for the order.
What happens if I receive my order damaged?
We take great care in the packaging and shipping of our orders and generally the post office does as well. If you receive your decal and it seems wrinkled, that usually happens to just the transfer tape during shipment. Go ahead and apply to the wall as normal and if you have any issues with the quality of the decals from shipment please send us pictures of the damage and upon approval we will generally replace.
Orders inside the United States are insured by the United States Postal Service for up to $50. If your package arrives damaged, we need to make a claim on your behalf and will then resend you new decals. In order to make a claim, we must provide PICTURES to the Post Office so DO NOT throw away your packaging or damaged item or you will NOT be reimbursed with new merchandise.
Inspections of your order must take place within three days of receiving. If the decal is damaged beyond repair we must be notified with pictures within the three days.
This product is defective.

If in the event that you still feel that you have done everything correctly and the decal will not stick you must provide pictures of the defect. Please snap a quick photo to send to us before removing. With the photo and your information we will use our discretion to determine if you are eligible to receive a refund or a replacement.
Disclaimer: Sweetums cannot be held responsible for any decals that do not stick due to: wall texture, eco-friendly paint, surfaces painted within 30 days, or applying to surfaces under 68 degrees. The customer assumes all risks when applying our decals. Sweetums cannot be held responsible for damage to paint, walls, or any other application surface.
Oopse, I ordered the wrong color!
If you have any question at all with the hue of a color, please ask for a sample first. We are happy to mail any sample free of charge. If you receive your order and the color isn’t what you’d hoped for, we can offer you a replacement at a discounted rate, just let us know! An unused order can be return minus shipping costs with the exception of custom orders.
Oopse, I screwed up!
Applying your decal takes time and patience until you get the hang of it. If you are not comfortable at all, we suggest asking someone who is. We understand that mistakes happen and sometimes the decal gets ruined during the application process. Please follow the directions and tips and tricks carefully and in the event of a mishap, we’ll be happy to replace at a discounted rate.
This isn’t what I thought, I want to return it.
We suggest reading about our product thoroughly before purchasing and measuring your space to be sure the size is right for you before ordering. In the end, we want you to be happy and not be out any unnecessary expenses.
In the event you want to return your order, you have 72 hours from the time of receiving the order to return it. Return shipping is at the responsibility of the buyer. Once received in good condition, we will refund your account minus the original shipping costs. Therefore, a return will cost the buyer the shipping to receive and return.
All refunds will be issued through the cardholder's credit card OR Paypal account. In the event of an expired credit card, the cardholder will receive a store credit. Refunds will not be given until the merchandise is received and inspected.
All returns MUST be authorized by a Sweetums Wall Decals representative before being sent back.
Sweetums is not responsible for returns that did not reach their return destination. Insurance for a return is up to the buyer
Custom decals are not eligible for return. Decals already applied to the wall are not eligible for return or refunds.
