ORDER PROCSESSING & SHIPPING
We do our best to ship all orders within two business days using UPS (as of February 2018). If you need your order in a hurry, please let us know. We are located in Ohio, so eastern states generally receive theirs earlier. Customers can expect their order to arrive usually within five business days. Every order gets a delivery confirmation number (in the US) when your order ships so you can track your package.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING SCHEDULE

NOTE: We use this as a guideline for our orders. Your order may be shipped earlier or later depending on the demand. Our items are all made to order. During holidays, our orders will be backed up one business day that week.
If orders are placed in the morning (eastern time) we will make every attempt to get the order out yet that day (depending on the size of the order). If the order is too large to ship the same day, it will be shipped the next. After the order is processed and shipped, the UPS guarantees delivery the next day by noon.
INSIDE THE US: Order as much as you want for only $5.95 for orders up to $50. After a $50 order, your shipping is free! We are not responsible for orders lost by the post office. However, every US order comes with a tracking number so packages are rarely lost. In the event of a damaged package, please TAKE PICTURES so that we may file a claim.
CANADA: Shipping is a flat rate of $10.95 and we ship first class through the United States Postal Service. Generally, orders take a week to 10 days to arrive after shipment, however it may take longer if held up in customs. Your package does not include insurance. If you wish to insure or expedite your package please contact us.
ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: International shipping is a flat rate of $14.95 and we ship first class through the United States Postal Service. Shipping times depend on location. Your package does not include insurance. If you wish to insure or expedite your package please contact us.
NOTE: Please check your shipping address carefully. We use a shipping manager that catches most glitches in addresses, however if the package is returned due a mistake written by the purchaser or incorrect address provided by purchaser, we will re-ship at the buyer's expense (another $5.95), plus the return shipping cost to us ($5.95).
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Sweetums Signatures stands behind our work. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will do our best to make you happy. If for some reason you are not happy, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
In the event you want to return your order, you have 72 hours from the time of receiving the order to return it. Return shipping is at the responsibility of the buyer. Once received in good condition, we will refund your account minus the original shipping costs. Therefore, a return will cost the buyer the shipping to receive and return. All refunds will be issued through the cardholder's credit card OR Paypal account. In the event of an expired credit card, the cardholder will receive a store credit. Refunds will not be given until the merchandise is received and inspected.
- All returns MUST be authorized by a Sweetums representative before being sent back.
- Sweetums is not responsible for returns that did not reach their return destination. Insurance for a return is up to the buyer.
- Custom decals are not eligible for return.
- Decals already applied to the wall are not eligible for return or refunds.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS & PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, we need to make a claim on your behalf and will then send you new products. In order to make a claim, we must provide PICTURES to the USPS so do not throw away your packaging or damaged item or you will NOT be reimbursed with new merchandise. Inspections of your order must take place within three days of receiving. If the decal is damaged beyond repair we must be notified with pictures within the three days.
Before applying your decal, please be sure to view our application video, and read our application instructions and disclaimer thoroughly before applying. CLICK HERE to view. In the event that you feel you have done everything correctly and the decal will not stick, you must provide pictures of the defect. Please snap a quick photo to send to us before removing. With the photo and your information, we will use our discretion to determine if you are eligible to receive a refund or a replacement.
Disclaimer: Sweetums cannot be held responsible for any decals that do not stick due to: wall texture, eco-friendly paint, surfaces painted within 30 days, or applying to surfaces under 68 degrees. The customer assumes all risks when applying our decals. Sweetums cannot be held responsible for damage to paint, walls, or any other application surface.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is always $5.95 for all US orders up to $50. After $50, shipping is FREE within the US.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We do ship using priority mail service through the post office daily. Your order is usually processed and shipped within two business days. From there, priority mail states a 2-3 day delivery (eastern states generally receive theirs earlier - we are in Ohio) so customers can expect their decal to arrive usually within 5 business days.
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY ORDER?
We generally process orders for shipment within two business days of receiving. Extreme circumstances may constitute for delays, but anything more than three business days, the customer will be notified. Upon preparation for shipment, you will receive a delivery confirmation/ tracking info email, in it will be a tracking number to follow your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays. If an incorrect address is provided by the purchaser, this can cause shipping delays, or result in a package being returned to us. if there is an address problem on the customer's part, we can send a new item, the customer would be responsible for the cost of the new item (with a 20% discount) and shipping costs. The customer also has the option to wait for the item to arrive back at our facility and can then pay to have it reshipped to the correct address, in addition to the return shipping cost.
THE POST OFFICE DELIVERED MY ORDER, BUT IT'S NOT HERE.
At the request of most buyers, Sweetums DOES NOT require a customer signature for package delivery. Most of our orders will not fit in your mail box and must be delivered to your front door, left at the post office, or in a manager’s office in your complex. If you have a theft problem in your area, please notify your carrier of the issue and request that signatures be required for all package delivery. We will also request a signature at the buyer’s request. If your package is stolen upon delivery, Sweetums is not responsible for the order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
We take great care in the packaging and shipping of our orders and generally the post office does as well. If you receive your decal and it seems wrinkled, that usually happens to just the transfer tape during shipment. Go ahead and apply to the wall as normal and if you have any issues with the quality of the decals from shipment please send us pictures of the damage and upon approval we will generally replace.

Please review your order carefully before placing. All of our orders are made-to-order, but we expedite as SOON AS POSSIBLE. Some of our orders even go out the same day. If you place an order and need to change it or cancel, please let us know ASAP! We have no guarantee that we haven’t already processed your order, but will do our best to accommodate the situation.

YES! Simply use the contact form to let us know what quote you are looking for. Be sure to include information like the kind of font you would like (plain or fancy or both), the approximate size you were looking for, as well as the color. Please note: We get lots and lots of custom requests, so be patient it could take 7-10 days for a reply.
CAN I SELL YOUR DECALS & APPAREL TO EARN MORE CASH?
We do offer sales opportunities to select customers who wish to share the fun of decals and our apparel with family and friends. We reward you with cash, not free merchandise because we figure if you like our products that much, you already have what you want. We don't do home parties, however if you wish to have them yourself, that's up to you. Just let us know if you would like more information!
